Who are we?

We are David Thompson and George Boak, both independent consultants, working with managers in a variety of private companies and public sector organisations.
For many years we have worked with managers and professionals on programmes of self development and on change projects.
Our role as consultants and trainers has sometimes been to suggest changes or to help others implement them, but more often it has been to support individuals, to challenge preconceptions, and to introduce ideas which have helped our clients to develop their own ways of thinking, feeling and acting.
It has been apparent over the years that some of the models we have used in this process have been more powerful than others, and that some models have more impact if they are used in one way rather than another.
